    How it works

    Prediggo Search Assistant analyzes the keywords typed by the user and automatically makes corrections if a spelling error is detected. Our advanced error detection is based on the algorithm used to find DNA alignment (i.e: Levenshtein Distance). But there is no need to manually enter every combination of letter substitution, allowing you to focus on your business. However, you still have control over the correction, and you can manually enhance it via our synonym and black list tables. 

    Once results have been found, Prediggo will resort them based on the sorting criteria selected by the marketer in our back office.

    Note that Prediggo Search Assistant communicates with the Prediggo Sales Assistant to provide the best user experience on your website.
